Excel Ultimate was founded by Rowan McDonnell and Felipe Ledezma in November 2019, driven by their shared passion to make quality ultimate frisbee education accessible to all. What began as a vision to provide developing players and teams with valuable online resources has evolved into a thriving community of athletes and coaches who are united by their commitment to growth and excellence.

Rowan has coached thousands of players and reached many more over his YouTube channel. He has toured Latin America, Europe, and China. His passion is sharing his own knowledge and experiences playing with the best teams in the world with others. The modern game of ultimate requires modern resources, strategy, techniques and tips.
