The QR code videos for each drill were of great help to the team, it meant that we were able to send the videos to the team before practice and they were able to come prepared and ensured we maximize time during practice as much as possible. Our team qualified for Elite Nationals this season - The Excel Ultimate Coaching program helped get us there"
We’ve enjoyed the insight and the such thorough coverage of each drill and concept. We don’t find ourselves having questions of the purpose of the drill or where it’s game play applications are. It’s been awesome gaining the elite perspective straight from the top and feeling like we are in the know of how it works. With the program is delivered with a write up, images and video explanations to cover a whole bunch of learning styles. Further, the flexibility of the team to address / add new content (ie: OIIO throws) has been incredibly valuable.
